All applications require a signature and photo ID.
If you are moving out of our service area and are closing your account, please fill out the following form or contact an Austin Utilities Customer Service Representative at 433-8886. When you call, we will need the address you are vacating, the last day you wish to have service and a forwarding address for your final billing. We do require a 24 hour notice.
