• Low-cost or no-cost energy saving actions such as sealing gaps, adjusting thermostats, and cleaning filters

• Less than five-year payback energy saving actions such as weather-stripping and caulking

•  Higher-cost or longer-payback energy saving actions such as attic or wall insulation, new windows, and equipment or appliance replacement
