Sewer Averaging
What is sewer averaging?

What is sewer averaging and when will it appear on my utility bill? Sewer averaging takes the average of water usage during the months of November-April. It then uses that average as your sewer average for water usage during the months of May-October. Customers will see the average on their June through November bills.

Energy Assistance
Apply for Energy Assistance.

The Energy Assistance Program pays towards heat, electricity, and past-due water costs. Energy Assistance is free for all eligible households.
